Specification
Once you purchase a gift voucher you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value. We will also send you a card with the unique code through the post, so that you can gift it to someone.
If you wish to purchase a different denomination, please get in touch and we can organise that for you.
You have 12 months to spend your voucher from the date of purchase. So relax and shop when the time suits you!

Items are dispatched within 5 days of placing the order.Bespoke or large orders may take longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch.Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of your items, which are calculated automatically on the website at checkout. For projects / bulk orders over 10 items please get in touch for a delivery quote.

IMPORT DUTY & TAX
Please note that orders delivered to countries within the EU and anywhere outside of the UK will be subject to custom import taxes & duties. All imported commercial goods are subject to customs duties and taxes based on their HS Code tariff classification. The importer / customer is responsible for paying the duty & tax. Loomlight are not responsible for these costs. We use DHL or Fedex for worldwide deliveries and they require payment of this tax before they can deliver your order. For further information about import duty & tax to your country please check the courier website. We are unable to calculate the import tax on your behalf.

If you wish to return a product, just let us know within 14 days of delivery. click here to find out more.
For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to cover any repackaging costs.
